Ordered for delivery. They're open late on weeknights, which is awesome. Pizza arrived cold, but 10 mins in a 350 deg oven was all it needed. It was also sliced in a really arbitrary manner - some rectangular slices, some triangle, sizes all over the place. Kinda weird. Delicious, though. The white bean hummus was surprisingly flavorless. I don't know if that was intentional, since it comes with stuff on the side like olives, feta, and roasted garlic, but a lot of places serve hummus with that sort of thing and it still has some kind of flavor regardless. They give you lots of pita instead of just 2-3 triangles, which was really nice. Caesar salad was fine - def no complaints, but no stand-out raves, either. Ingredients in everything seemed really fresh and love that they deliver late. I'm sure I'll order again.
Awesome food and great service. Will definitely be back when in town. More of a tavern feel but totally what we were looking for and loved the salad and pizza.
Great place - my favorite pizza in Seattle. Excellent happy hour! Service is always friendly.
Stopped in on a rainy Thursday around 12:30 and managed to snag a seat for 2. We came in right as the lunch rush seemed to be at its peak and they were down a server so we were able to get a round of drinks but had to wait a while to put in our order. That didn't bother us because the drinks were good, the servers were super nice, and the place has huge windows so we had a really nice view. They had a nice lunch menu which included personal size pizza options for any pizza on the menu and were half the price. That was perfect because my husband loves pepperoni and I'm a Margherita pizza person. We both loved the food and were surprised how low the check was when we got it. Would definitely visit again!
We went to Alibi on Friday night as a party of 6 at 7:15 PM. We made reservations ahead of time, which was the right move-it was popular! We enjoyed the waitstaff who served us-they were warm, welcoming and made great recommendations from the menu. We got cozy in our seats and ordered a round of drinks. I ordered a "Sandy Toes" but swapped the tequila for mezcal. It was tart, sour and refreshing! Their drinks are really on point. We shared appetizers as a table-bread with their house made tapenade, a grilled garlic bulb, apples with honey and cheese. The pictures don't do them justice-they were really great. When our food arrived, the people in our party who ordered pizzas had them served on top of large olive cans, which was both creative and practical-it created space and conversation. Their caesar salad is substantial and good-I wish they had an option of adding protein to it, but their dressing was outstanding. They chose very fresh greens and I was very happy with it. I can't wait to come back for some pizza-they had some creative combinations (like grapes and balsamic) as well as more traditional flavors. We had a ball here!
If you're looking for one of Seattle's top pizza experiences, The Alibi Room easily ranks in my top three. I've now celebrated two birthdays in a row here, and there's a reason I keep coming back. The pizza? Amazing, hands down. Their thin-crust, brick-oven pies hit that perfect balance--delicious toppings, crispy crust, and full of flavor. It's not just the food though; the whole vibe here is something special. There's a cozy, laid-back atmosphere that makes it the ideal spot for hanging out, whether it's a casual dinner or a low-key celebration. The service has been consistently solid every time I've visited--friendly staff, the food comes out at just the right pace, and it all adds up to a genuinely great experience. If you're in Seattle and want a spot with incredible pizza and chill vibes, The Alibi Room is one of the best in the city. Consistent quality, cozy vibes, and a little corner of Pike Place Market that never disappoints.
This is a great location to go to late at night as they close until 2 am. It is tucked away by the gum wall. It is very dark inside the restaurant. The friends I went with enjoyed their pie, just wished it was a bit cheesier. The chop salad I had was full of flavor - the garbanzos with the salami pieces were a great combo. Service was alright, but the food did come out relatively quickly.
Visiting Seattle and this Walking descents from our hotel. Dark and small place but very welcoming. Was seated at the bar and the bar tender made a dam good michi very satisfying food was delicious big portions me and my friend shared both item. So glad we stopped here
Love coming to the Alibi Room when in Seattle! Always have great service and great food! We ordered Fresca's and they were delicious and refreshing! We also decided to build our own pie but they have so many to choose from in the menu you really can't go wrong! The Alibi Room is such a cool place to go have drinks and a great pizza!
